Barre Tone & Sculpt (bring yoga mat)
Barre is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga with Ballet inspired moves designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body. This is a low impact class designed for all levels.​


Body Sculpt 
This is a non-aerobic, muscle toning class that will help you to build lean muscle. Participants go at their own pace and modifications will be shown. The class will cover upper, lower body strength training plus core and stretch. 


Bolly-Belly Fitness

Created by Studio K, this class is a fusion of Barre and both Bollywood and Bellydance inspired moves that will give you a total body workout and also teach fundamental Bollywood and Bellydance technique.  This class will help you tone your entire body, improve your balance and posture and increase your flexibility all while learning dance technique as well. Open to all levels. 


Bollywood Cardio

Bollywood is the style of dance that has derived from the Indian film industry based out of Bombay, India. Hence, the name Bollywood (similar to Hollywood)! In this class you will experience various dance styles from the country of India, including Bhangra, Classical Dance, Folk Dance, as well as Filmi fusion dances. This is a high energy class that will invigorate your entire body while you dance to the exotic rhythms from India. Open to all levels.


Club Zumba

Come experience an exhilarating Zumba class under the disco lights! Dance away the stress, burn those calories while dancing and having a blast! All levels welcome. 


Core Blast

Core Blast is a class that focuses on total body conditioning, toning, strengthening and stretching.  This class combines elements of pilates, yoga and barre into a low impact yet highly effective class focusing primarily on the core. Open to all levels. 


Dance Pop

This is an energetic, fun class with disco lights to make you feel like you're in a club! Dance to today's top artists and songs that you hear on the radio!


Fit Camp

This is a bootcamp inspired class that is completed in a circuit  This class is a total body workout that incorporates strength training and core exercises while torching calories. 


Island Fusion Cardio

Dance to the upbeat, high energy rhythms of the islands while you get a full body workout! Soca, Chutney, Dembow, Dancehall, Reggae and more!! This class is for all levels. 


Mat Pilates

Pilates is a series of exercises to improve posture. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back to improve balance, trunk strength and flexibility, and relieve chronic pain.


Mixxedfit 

Mixxedfit is a people inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. In this class we dance to our favorite songs that we would dance to in a club! Then we spice things up by adding boot camp inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging. This class is open to all levels. 


P90X Live (bring yoga mat)

P90X LIVE is total-body strength and cardio conditioning class that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. This class is for all levels.


RIPPED (bring yoga mat)
Total body, high-intensity workout utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight to masterfully combine the components of RIPPED (Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet suggestions).


Strong by Zumba

Strong by Zumba combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation.  Music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits.  This class is open to all levels.


U-Jam

U-Jam Fitness is a dance fitness group exercise class combining the energy and grittiness of urban dance with fitness.  This high-energy class is full of funky, adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world with easy to follow choreo so that everyone can get their jam on. Open to all levels. 


Zumba 
We take the work out of workout, by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party.  Zumba is a total body workout combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class!
